While these two procedures are performed separately in known hair transplantation methods, the special pen used allows the procedure to be reduced to one and the patient is provided with comfort and convenience. In short, while the hair transplant technique called FUE has three stages, the DHI technique has two stages.

What are the Disadvantages of the Choi Pen Technique?

• The DHI hair transplant with the DHI Implanter Pen takes longer than the “normal” FUE hair transplant
• A maximum of 2500-4000 grafts can be transplanted in one session
• Two sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired hair density (depending on how far the hair loss has progressed)

Is the CHOI Pen Technique a Painful Method?
