Our Hair Transplant Process
Operation consist of 3 main steps:
Our operations are completed within one day and take approximately 8-13 hours. The procedure includes time to take a break to use the toilet and consume a small meal.
Consultation (5-10 Min)
Consultation is made by Doctor Erkam Caymaz on the morning of the operation. Doctor Caymaz questions your medical history. You will fill out the medical history form we have provided. All information is stored by us.
Hair Line Design (15-20 Min)
The hairline is drawn with the hair laser device by the doctor Erkam with years of experience. When drawing the hairline, there are minimal zig-zags. While opening the hair channels, the doctor takes the line he has drawn as a basis, but does not open a straight hair channel. It creates a natural image.
Blood Test
There are some blood tests that should be checked before every surgical operation. These tests of surgeons are examined both to take precautions for themselves and to make a better decision on the procedures to be performed for you. The blood tests we look at: Hepatitis B-C, HIV.
Extraction (2-4 Hours)
Grafts are extracted from your donor areas (back of the head, both sides of the head, sometimes under the chin and chest area) with micro motor fue.
We are using 0,8 mm – 4 mm punch or 0,9 mm – 4 mm punch for extraction. Sometimes patients have 2-3 hair grafts. In order to extract them harmlessly, the punch sizes should be like this. Smaller punches can damage the grafts.
In the picture below, you can see the image immediately after the grafts are removed. After this stage, your donor area is covered by bandage. Two days after the operation, the first control and washing is done.
Important note: Despite false advertising claims of ‘a no scar technique’, FUE almost always leaves small round scars which, when performed correctly, can be hidden with short hairstyles. When performed improperly, FUE can result in diffuse donor thinning and leave visible scarring. Our main principle without overhavesting!
10 days later from operation.
Incisions – Most Important (1-2,5 Hours)
Our doctor opens your hair channels one by one with a sapphire blade. It adjusts the hair directions and determines the angles of the hair during the opening. At this picture he is using Sapphire Fue Technique. Sapphire blade size: 1,5mm generally.

Implantation (3,5 Hours)
Hair transplantation is performed one by one in the opened hair channels. It is carried out by the medical team of Doctor Erkam.
Hair Grafts
Your hair follicles are kept cold in the special solution of Doctor Erkam. Since hair transplantation is an organ transplant, it is kept outside for a maximum of 6-8 hours. For this reason, there are absolutely freezers under your grafts and they are kept in cold conditions. Most clinics call this ice hair transplantation.

Beard Transplantation
*Firstly, local anesthesia is applied with a painless anesthesia device. Pain is reduced by 70%. If there are areas where the pain is felt with the needle, local anesthesia is applied more.
After applying Painless Anesthesia Device name of Dermojet, if you have pain we have to do more local Anesthesia with injection to subcutaneous After than operation will start.
It depends for norwood scales.
It will not be understood by anyone for 10 days from the operation. We are finding maximum 500-1000 graft.
Our doctor Erkam Caymaz will draw your hairline with laser and Consultation, operation day firstly. And incisions step.

*Most important step is second step (Opening micro channels process/Incision)* Our Doctor Caymaz will open your micro-channels directly with own hand. *For other steps* (Step 1 and Step 3) Our medical team will perform these steps. Because this is team work one man can not do every steps. Step 1 and 2 can be displaced.
But during operation times Our Doctor will supervise operation. He will waiting 16:00-17:00 everyday and our customer Service (his Assistant) and his team will explain everything. Doctor step’s is finishing morning also. (Operation will be end 19:00-21:00 generally)
*We are doing Only 1-2 operation Per day! It’s really important that there are clinics that do a lot of hair transplantation a day, at least between 5-10, so it’s impossible for them to operate and deal with the real Doctor.*
